Position Overview
Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end employee technology experience in a primarily Mac environment
- Manage the full MacBook fleet, including procurement, provisioning, inventory, and decommissioning
- Own MDM and zero-touch provisioning using tools like Kandji, FleetDM, and Apple Business Manager
- Administer Okta and identity lifecycle management, including MFA, SSO, and Okta Workflows
- Manage the core SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira) and automate user lifecycles via APIs
- Drive proactive reliability by building self-healing scripts and automation to solve recurring issues
- Support compliance by maintaining security baselines and owning IT runbooks
- Co-manage secure network access tools and collaborate with the Infrastructure team on network policies
