The IT E-Commerce Back End Process Analyst will join the IT team with the objective of ensuring functional ownership of the back-end components of the eCommerce platform.
The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct management of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS.
The role supports the evolution of the user experience and the proper functioning of back-end flows, working in coordination with development partners and contributing to the continuous improvement of platform performance in line with business needs and end-customer expectations.
The position is responsible to ensure stability of the eCommerce platformβs back-end systems. In particular, it oversees end-to-end processes related to checkout, payments, taxation, and fraud prevention, ensuring proper integration between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and core systems (e.g. Adyen, Avalara, Riskified, Identity & Social Login).
