The Director of IT will lead Lakeside Family Services’ (LFS) digital transformation in alignment with the NCSS TSS objectives of driving productivity improvements and service effectiveness, through technology and data. This role will ensure that IT and data initiatives deliver measurable outcomes, support evidence-based programme development, and enable staff to focus on higher-value client and community work.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management for Integrated Data Management System (IDMS)
• Project Lead for NCSS TSS initiatives, including grant application support, implementation oversight, progress and outcome reporting
• Liaise with NCSS project officers
• Vendors Management for the IDMS
• Coordinate requirements gathering for business analysis from all service and corporate departments
