International Motor’s Information Technology Development Program (ITDP)’s objective is to recruit and hire high potential, early career associates and develop them into high performing IT Professionals through broad exposure to various experiences. The program employs on-the-job rotational assignments to cultivate key leadership and technical skills required to meet strategic International Motors objectives while engaging employees and fostering long-term talent retention.

This one-year rotational program offers the candidates the chance to immerse in various areas of information technology to build their skills and find their passion.
