- Support event, video conference with understanding knowhow and break fix
- Support and troubleshoot desktop Technology and application like Microsoft Office
- General concept for reporting, dashboard
- With proactive communication with senior executive with quick resolution and follow up plan
- Fast learner on new technology with data driven
- Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents
- Team Management with cross country is preferred
