VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Defect Specialist for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in defect management, QA, or related IT quality roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and defect workflows.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret quality metrics and identify trends.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations, especially during release cycles.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks or DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Why, ...
