**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE**

The Sr. IT Consultant will represent the Operational Governance & Execution group within IT’s Operational Excellence department, which provides multiple services across key ITIL disciplines including Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, and Vulnerability Management. The role focuses on CMDB governance and data integrity, ensuring our applications are accurately represented within the CMDB, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer engagement.
