What this role is about?

The primary duties of this role include overseeing and supporting either a portion or the entire portfolio of the virtual team's applications spread across various locations. This responsibility extends to implementing and supporting solutions under the Consumer Centric capability area across the region, requiring collaboration with team members to standardize processes and enhance productivity.

The candidate is expected to develop their technical and project delivery skills using available tools, particularly in the field of ERP, Salesforce automation and digital e-commerce platforms.

An important aspect of the role is ensuring that external service providers and contractors adhere to their commitments and stay within the allocated budget.
