Build and sustain partnerships with local business teams in your dedicated regions and across multiple IT function teams as the point of contact(POC);
Engage with local support resources and aligned with global IT strategy to maintain technological health;
Work as a key escalation contact for your region on critical IT technology escalations and emerging issues in real-time. Assist with coordinating rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication;
Work as a key partner in local production validation testing to ensure new systems meet IT operational requirements and quality standards before rollout;
Work as a global team member, manage local resources to support IT global strategy;
Requirements
