Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects supporting regulatory reporting programs for Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) function of Market Risk team. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Analyze business performance to drive business planning, plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Lead finance and RWA initiatives, and represent Market Risk team in face-to-face meeting with Financial Capital Planning group. Analyze RWA components of market risk, including de-minimis risk, standard specific market risk and trading book securitization, to understand changes and analytics required to be implemented for reporting. Leverage expertise in Basel and local regulatory requirements, including rules under Prudential Regulatory Authority and Monetary Authority of Singapore, to conduct requirement elicitation session with fi...
