Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Compensation: $38.45 - $45.65 / Hr.

Contractor Work Model: This position is required to work onsite a the manufacturing plant in New Jersey - No remote work available

Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) | Monday-Friday


IT Business Analyst Responsibilities:


+ Manage and troubleshoot EDI inbound and outbound documents, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.

+ Conduct analysis of plans, proposals, and needs involving the creation and modifications of Crystal Reports based on business requirements.

+ Install, set up, and configure desktops, laptops, and printers following standard procedures; troubleshoot and resolve related issues.

+ Support and troubleshoot the IQMS business system, providing user support and ensuring system functionality.
