About the job IT Business Analyst (Inbound)

Key purpose:

Our company is currently on the hunt to acquire an IT Business Analyst (Inbound). The role will be based in Westville and report to the Applications Manager.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Work with the business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.
2. Meet with relevant Business representatives to establish, understand and document detailed Business requirements to be met by the project.
3. Analyze discrepancies in services or performance and make recommendations for updates/improvements to resolve them.
4. Involved in the design or modification of business systems or IT systems, assist in determining the project scope and agree on a scope definition document as well as functional & technical specification document, ensuring that full sign off is achieved prior to implementation.
