Coordinate with business stakeholders, external vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure smooth end-to-end project delivery.
Participate in project stand-ups/sync meetings and recurring business review sessions.
Provide weekly status updates to the IT Operations team, including sufficient technical detail.
Conduct business and functional analysis to verify that solutions meet business, operational, and audit requirements.
Partner with the Project Manager and business users to triage and report issues with clear technical details to support effective troubleshooting.
Collaborate with system vendors and internal IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of the PMS and its integration with related systems.
Work with vendors to create, review, and update project documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, data flow diagrams, and system integration diagrams.
