About the role

As an IT & AV Support Technician (1st Line) at Elevations, you will be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day IT and technical support. Based in our Sywell office, you will help ensure systems, devices, and office technology run smoothly and reliably, supporting colleagues across the studio and wider office. Your work will directly impact how effectively teams collaborate, communicate, and deliver for clients. You will work closely with an external IT consultancy to handle more complex server, network, and security matters, escalating issues as needed.
