As an IT Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and consistency of employee data within the SuccessFactors Employee Profile (EP) environment.
Tasks
Act as the first point of contact for tickets related to employee data quality issues within SuccessFactors Employee ProfileInvestigate data inconsistencies, missing employee information, interface errors, and reporting line discrepanciesCoordinate data corrections with HR and shared service teams Analyze employee data across SuccessFactors and connected source systems to identify root causes of issuesMonitor interface transfers and verify successful implementation of data correctionsCollaborate with various international IT tea...
