Position Overview
Job Description
Provide first-level onsite or remote IT support for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Support site offices with IT-related matters, including procurement, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for the procurement, repair, maintenance, and payment of IT equipment and services.
Maintain and regularly update the IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy, accountability, and resource availability.
Manage user accounts, including user onboarding/offboarding, creation, modification, deletion, access permissions, and backup of critical data (e.g., DingTalk, file servers and VPN access).
Monitor security systems to detect unauthorized access and respond appropriately to threats.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Computer Tech or IT related discipline.
