Position Overview
IT Assistant | 5 Days work week | Central location 9am to 6pm. Junior/entry-level position, no experience required. Ideal for candidates starting their IT career.
Responsibilities - First level onsite and remote technical support for restaurant outlets and office users (desktops, laptops, printers, basic network, mobile devices, video systems)
- Liaise with vendors on repair matters and escalation of second level technical support
- Standby in the event of emergencies and after‑hours critical support requests
- Assist in setting up new store: supervise contractors for setup of POS, Emenu, CCTV and network
- Assist in IT assets management and monitoring
- Assist in IT administration (paperwork & documentation)
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Knowledge in basic PC and networking
- Strong sense of responsibility and service‑excellence attitude
