We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Summary:

The IT Asset Management SME ensures the smooth transactions of Assets at a designated site. This includes managing the IT Asset Analysts, overseeing global projects assigned, maintaining systems and security, providing support and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong leadership, and in-depth process and technical knowledge of Asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
