Your job
As IT Asset & Configuration Manager/CSDM Specialist for our IT Service Management team, you will be overall responsible for maintaining, updating and enhancing the Asset Management module/process. Together with the wider Service Management team you deliver value to the business partners, aiming for stakeholder satisfaction. Your responsibilities are the following:
You oversee all hardware assets (servers, personal computers, printers, routers, ...), software assets (applications, databases, batchjobs & scripts, web sites, cloud environments, ...) and other services in the organization.You take care for proper registration of all hardware, software and services in the CMDB and further enhance it.You create and implement strategies for effective IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems.You develop and enforce ITAM policies and best practices.You are responsible for both the operational work round ITAM as well ...
