Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated IT Application Support to provide technical support and maintenance for business-critical applications. You will act as the first point of contact for application-related issues, ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting errors, and liaising with development or vendor teams for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for business applications, resolving incidents and service requests.
