POSITION INFO: REQUIREMENTS - Matric.
- Relevant IT qualification/s would be advantageous.
- 2 - 3 years experience in IT / Software support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience creating training material or help documentation will be advantageous.
- Understanding of software integrations and system workflows.
- Leadership or team coordination experience will be advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Software testing.
- Issue logging.
- Integration setup.
- Client communication.
- Client on-boarding.
- Support team management.
- Help-file creation (video and text).
