Job Description

• Support the implementation and maturity of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent)
• Coach IT teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, BA, PO, etc.) on Agile practices, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Challenge and support Product Owners and Scrum Masters
• Facilitate key rituals (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)
• Promote a product-oriented, business-value-focused, and performance-driven culture
• Identify organizational impediments and propose improvement initiatives
• Support IT management in scaling Agile across the organization
