Administer and maintain Server 2016 and 2013, including file servers, domain servers, and application servers
Assist in deployment and configuration of application servers
Manage backup and recovery procedures for application and data servers
Provide technical support to end-users for applications hosted on servers
Ensure integration and functionality of server roles within the domain environment
Active Directory Administration
Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user account management, creation and deletion of users
DNS and DHCP Management
Configure and manage DNS and DHCP services
Resolve technical support issues on-site or via remote access for hardware, software, printers (label printers and standard printers), and networking issues
