Following the growth of our team, we are looking to strengthen our commercial area with an IT Business Manager, who will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing clients in the enterprise sector, promoting technological solutions and services, as well as consulting and licensing services.
Responsibilities:
Actively prospect new clients (SMB and Enterprise); Manage and develop the existing client portfolio; Identify business needs and design tailored value propositions; Sell services and solutions in the areas of User Support (Endpoint & Productivity), On-Prem Infrastructure (Servers), Microsoft 365 (Tenant, Security, and Governance), IT Service Management / Enterprise Service Management, Workload Automation / Digital Business Automation, and IT Operations Management; Sell software licensing (Microsoft, BMC, ManageEngine); Prepare and follow up on c...
