- Document management as the ISO/IATF 16949 secretariat
- Management of ISO/IATF 16949 updates
- Planning and implementing internal and external training on ISO/IATF 16949
- Research and audit preparation for international standards such as ISO 14000
- Follow-up on internal KPIs
- Support for QMR
- Other tasks assigned
