Description

1. Comply with
   Malaysian law, ISO/RBA requirements, company policy target, other
   applicable rules and regulations.
2. Support
   development of organization business standard based on business
   function.   
3. Collect
   and analyze data on related processes and or
   operation.
4. Prepare analysis report and proposal
   on related improvement based on organization
   function.     
5. Develop
   and implement organization business standard based on organization
   function. (5S,
   etc.)    
6. Implement
   skill management for skill and organization
   function.          
7. Support
   and promote manpower training plan based on TNA and Skill Map
   Analysis.
