Key Responsibilities:
β’ Hardware Inventory Management ensuring stock levels are constantly monitored. β’ Hardware request and receipt through our internal ordering system. β’ Actively monitoring the ticket queue and managing requests through to completion. β’ Housekeeping on IT rooms. β’ Supporting events like annual Power down β post desk checkouts (PC/monitors/Mouse + Keyboard/desk phone/headset/webcam). β’ Supports hardware decommissioning events. β’ Supports Business moves / changes β ensure involvement in early stages of planning. β’ Managing escalations through to conclusion. β’ Manage client expectations. β’ Setup and installation of Temporary training rooms / Office wide events β Expoβs. β’ Comms ro...
