Position Overview
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of solid teaching experience in Islamic Studies, ideally within an MOE curriculum school. Experience working in an American and MOE dual‑curriculum school environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Education, Sharia, Islamic Studies, or a related subject, supported by a recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGDE, or PGCE).
- Proficiency in Arabic is required in line with the language of instruction of MOE subjects. IELTS is not required if teaching is conducted in Arabic; however, an IELTS score of 6.0 may be required if Islamic Studies is taught in English.
- All academic qualifications must be fully attested and recognized through the UAE Ministry of Education Equivalency process.
