Job Summary

In this role, the selected candidate will perform schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities as directed. The Planner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the project schedules utilizing Primavera P6, Excel, or Milestone Professional software .Detailed schedule development duties includes resource loading and leveling, determining the work activity duration and establishing the manpower requirements and proper work flow logic ties. Routine analysis and work around option planning along with interface coordination with other schedulers and construction superintendents (on projects & home office) will be required. Other duties include input to the Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and issuance of the weekly schedule analysis report.
