IS Infrastructure Administrator

The position holder will report to the IS Infrastructure Manager and will manage the IS Infrastructure Support Team.
Main Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
The IS Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Monitor, administer and maintain IS systems Coordinate and provide guidance to the IS Infrastructure Support Team Support all users in emerging IT challenges as part of the 1st and 2nd level remote and/or onsite support (Windows, Office, Outlook, Hardware, etc.) as needed Perform Patch Management for Servers and Workstations Set up and monitor Servers Backup Handle any Infrastructure issues and provide solutions to problems Suggest improvements on existing systems’ functionality in order to optimize them Manage communication with suppliers <...
