Responsibilities This position is for Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS). Spearhead the technical administration and operational support as well as continuous improvement of enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Electronic Document Management System, and OutSystems. Troubleshoot performance issues, apply patches/upgrades, and ensure high availability. Ensure application security and performance through regular assessments and remediation using tools such as HP WebInspect, HP Fortify, Web Application Firewall and LoadRunner, in alignment with IT security standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions through system implementation and enhancement initiatives.
