Irrigation Technician

This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company's locations: Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, located in Fort Worth, Texas. Maverick Golf and Ranch Club is seeking an Irrigation Technician to join the Golf Course Maintenance Department. The Irrigation Technician will work closely with the Director of Agronomy and Assistant Superintendents. They will be responsible for supervising and performing all golf course maintenance irrigation practices and repairs. The Irrigation Technician will be part of developing a brand new Tom Fazio designed golf course, and will be heavily involved in the quality control of irrigation installation performed by the contractor. The state of the art system will feature a two wire Toro Smarthub system, with HDPE piping and a 4500 GPM Watertronics pump station.
