Job Description

The primary role of the Steel Erector Technician is to install steel beams, steel girders, and columns to create frames for sheet metal roofing structures. The technician will also be responsible for ground work, steel framing installation, and preparation for roofing.

Responsibilities

• Install steel beams, girders, and columns to create structural frames.
• Perform ground work and steel framing installation.
• Prepare sites for roofing installation.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience with pre-engineered metal buildings.
• 2+ years of sheet metal installation and steel erection.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, steel erection, metal trim, structural steel, and pre-engineered steel buildings.
