**Job Scope:**

+ Read and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and connection details
+ Align and fit structural steel members including beams, columns, and girders

+ Perform bolt-up using torque methods, turn-of-nut procedures, and impact tools
+ Verify bolt tension and ensure connections pass inspection requirements
+ Work alongside crane operators and connecting crews during steel erection
