**Principal Accountabilities**

+ Partner with IP&E leadership and senior leaders, in both other Arrow sales organisations and Functions, across the Greater China and South Asia, Korea, and Japan regions.
+ Provide support to the Global IP&E organization enabling the delivery of global goals.
+ Drive the delivery of all financial and business planning and forecasting needs for the Greater China and South Asia, Korea, and Japan regions and globally for the IP&E sales organization.
+ Lead the annual planning and budgeting processes to provide valuable insights and support executive decision making.
+ Participate and assume a leadership role in finance initiatives and projects.
