About the Role

An international technology company is looking for a hands-on IP Networks Team Lead to drive modernization initiatives across global network infrastructure, including cloud transformation, IPv4 to IPv6 migration, and next-generation data center networking.

This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering and team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small network engineering team
• Design and operate global IP backbone and data center networks
• Drive SDN/SD-WAN and cloud networking initiatives
• Support IPv6 migration and network modernization projects
• Manage routing, switching, firewall, and MPLS environments
• Improve automation, observability, and network reliability
• Lead troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance optimization
