Position Overview
IP Attorney (Telecommunications & Computer Networking) Responsibilities: - Utilize theoretical understanding and industry experience in the field of telecommunications and computer networking to analyze client software written in Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, PHP and/or C/C++ and computer hardware products to develop infringement arguments.
- Review technical publications relating to telecommunications systems and computer networking, and interview client engineers to develop infringement and validity arguments.
- Utilizing knowledge of FCC regulations in the telecommunications industry, advise clients and draft comments on regulatory issues, including infrastructure, billing, and accessibility.
- Research case law and draft memoranda related to FCC telecommunications infrastructure regulations, consumer privacy, and accessibility.
