To support our team within Software Solutions are looking for IoT Connectivity Specialist who will perform, support the introduction, the installation, customer training and service of Marel-connected products installed at different customer locations in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role you are technically capable and able to configure the Marel hardware and software platform, as well as analyse and fix technical issues. Besides you deliver on-site technical services and remote support for customers, and internal training and mentoring for Marel subregional teams, so extensive travel is expected as part of this role.

Role:

You provide hands-on technical customer service support and knowledge of hardware and software applications, and have detailed knowledge of networked data acquisition systems, embedded firmware, and cloud analytics. You also work closely with Software Engineer(s) and...
