Job Description

[Job Summary]
- Project Lifecycle Management: Define project objectives, scope, and development processes. Lead the full SDLC (Requirements → Design → Development → Testing → Release) while ensuring balance between Cost, Quality, and Delivery (CQD).
- Cross-Border Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead a multicultural team of engineers in Thailand and stakeholders in Japan. Facilitate seamless collaboration and bridge cultural/technical gaps.
- IoT & Platform Strategy: Manage projects utilizing the F-IoT platform. Propose and oversee system features that address real-world manufacturing challenges based on on-site factory needs.
