Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation: Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
- Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery.
- Verify and maintain shipping documents — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
- Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.
- Pricing, Sourcing & Partner Communication: Act as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
- Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
- Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.
- Compliance & Problem Resolution: Stay current on customs regulations and trade policies across relevant countries. ...
