**Description:**

**POSITION PURPOSE:** Our Outpatient Therapists for this position provides care to those served as part of our team that works with individuals with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.

You will be responsible for leading and facilitating the Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group, provide level of care assessments, individual and group psychotherapy to adults, and work to incorporate the strengths of their supports in their environments to maintain their recovery efforts in the community. While all therapists are expected to manage their caseloads and function independently, they’ll also collaborate with others in a team-based approach to care.
