CLFC pays $200/hour because this contract demands a CNIM who owns a Cadwell system, delivers independently in the OR, and is available on short notice across a multi-year federal engagement. Five ordering periods through April 2031 give you contracted VA case flow with full clinical autonomy and direct surgeon communication.

On top of the hourly rate, case minimums protect your time on short or cancelled cases, and standby pay compensates on-call days when no case materializes. The Atlanta VA surgical mix includes orthopedic, spinal, ENT, and neurosurgical procedures.
