Inzpire’s WF SMEs are servicing a growing Global customer base, providing expertise and experience in the delivery of live and synthetic Air CT exercises including the application of the Plan, Brief, Execution and Debrief (PBED) cycle.

Operating within a small team of CT SMEs, key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

During the exercise planning phase, ensuring the delivery of the baseline exercise scenario design, production of appropriate supporting Operational Staff Work, delivery of any required pre-exercise briefs to key stakeholders and other tasks as agreed with exercise owner / customer

During the exercise execution phase, perform Exercise Control duties (Exercise Coordination Officer, Red Air Coordinator etc) to ensure any specified training audience desired...
