Position Overview
Job Description Material Receipt & Inspection - Receive materials as per Purchase Order (PO) and delivery challan.
- Coordinate with Quality/Inspection team for material inspection.
- Ensure proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) creation in ERP/system.
- Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Storage & Preservation - Ensure proper storage, labeling, binning, and identification of materials.
- Follow FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable.
- Maintain material safety, handling, and preservation standards.
- Ensure compliance with 5S and safety norms in the store area.
Material Issue & Dispatch - Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
- Ensure correct material, quantity, and documentation during issue.
