Job Summary: The Invoicing and Wages Clerk plays a crucial role in the efficient financial management of a recruitment agency. This position is responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing payroll activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Invoicing and Wages Clerk will collaborate closely with the finance and HR departments to maintain accurate financial records and provide support.
Responsibilities
- Generate and issue client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify billing details, rates, and terms of service.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries related to invoices.
- Maintain an organized record of all invoices and related documentation.
- Calculate and process employee wages and commissions in accordance with employment contracts and legal requirements.
- Maintain payroll records, including time sheets and expense claims.
