Reporting to the VP, Capital Markets, the Investor Support Specialist plays a key role supporting Equiton’s growing Retail Sales team by ensuring efficient operations and effective client interactions. The role provides critical administrative and compliance support to Relationship Managers and leadership, reaches out directly to existing clients to update Know‑Your‑Client profiles, and updates client accounts. The Specialist will contribute to the team’s success by ensuring a smooth flow of information and consistent delivery of a best‑in‑class client experience.
This is a full‑time 6‑month contract based on‑site at our Toronto or Burlington office.
