Summary of Responsibilities

The Merus Real Estate team is hiring an Investor Relations Associate. This role is responsible for executing critical functions related to investor onboarding, capital activity, reporting, and relationship management across our active and prospective investor base. The position supports all aspects of equity and investor relations, including accurate and timely processing of capital requirements, maintaining data integrity within the investor portal, and serving as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams such as Development, Legal, Marketing, Treasury, and other functions within the Real Estate organization.
