Position Overview
Conduct research and validate assumptions of financial models and analysis. Evaluate financial and non-financial impact of financing and deal structures of the company. Originate, execute and close financing and deal structures of the company including conduct of due diligence. Prepare presentation materials for the Board and relevant stakeholders. Provide financial and strategic advice to projects and business development. Coordinate with banks, investors, and other relevant stakeholders. Assist in corporate governance and organizational/ project structuring Graduate of any business course, preferably with MBA At least 5-7 years’ experience on project financing, financial modelling, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions and valuation With relevant experience in the origination up to closing of investment and/or financing deals Excellent presentation skills
