This role requires accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail in managing the day-to-day administration tasks. Key Responsibilities Daily administration of investment portfolios and funds. Preparing accurate client and regulatory reports. Liaising with custodians, the asset management team and other external bodies. Accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain data integrity. Requirements Strong numerical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and financial data management. Able to navigate and troubleshoot linked Excel spreadsheets effectively. Strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
