We are expanding our team with a highly capable Senior Associate who will play a central role across deals, operations, and investor relations. Key Responsibilities

• Deal Execution & Diligence
  • Support due diligence on active transactions (financial, commercial, operational).
  • Build and refine financial models, market analyses, and investment memos.
  • Screen new deal opportunities and vet independent sponsors.
• Investor Relations & Communications
  • Prepare investor presentations, webinars, and thought‑leadership materials.
  • Draft clear, professional updates for LPs.
